And there is something to be said about incresed number of women in governments which just could work to diminish this obvious male hormonal overload that is manifesting itself in a need to kill.
Good point, Pekka.
It's interesting that the inclusion of women in the new governments in Afghanistan and Iraq has been a demand of our coalition nation-builders. It was seen that female empowerment and presence in the corridors of power - even if only as a small minority - could put a brake on extreme theocratic leadership of the males.
Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, this idea has run into extreme Islamic opposition and - understandably - has become lost in the maelstrum of other issues.
