It was an energizing march and demonstration, but disappointing in terms of numbers (about 300). I don't think the 'bad' weather was much of a factor: Americans are busy with their Christmas shopping.
Vigilante: How many Americans are opposed to the Iraqrap just because it's gone down the craphole?
I would have been there if I could have walked. I'm glad you went in spite of the weather and Christmas shopping. (I just called Carl to tell him you were there. He wasn't there for the protest, but went down the day before to help put up the crosses. He also said he wants to take me down for the protest, or at least for the day before. He says I don't have to walk through the sand and that it would be nice for me to be there as a veteran.)
Thanks, Edgar. Added a couple of shots from your link.
