The double team was pretty cool, but I do think Hillary handled herself pretty well throughout the debate. I thought her getting angry was actually effective (Pinks disagrees with me here) - she showed some passion for once, and didn't just look like the robot.

I also thought for once that she gave a little substance to her "experience" argument, especially with her answer to the Pakistan question. So - she did what she needed to do in the debate.

Strangely enough, I thought the Huckster also did quite well. He's vertical, you know.

All that being said, Obama looks like a president. I've said more about all this on my site if you're interested.

Which match-up would be more fun?

Dennis Kucinich vs. Ron Paul?
Barack Obama vs. Mike Huckabee?
John Edwards vs. Mitt Romney
Hillary Clinton vs. Rudy Giuliani?
Bill Richardson vs. Fred Thompson?

Where does HRC get 35 years of experience in foreign affairs? Is she adding apples and oranges?

I have no problem with this, but Hillary needs to be in 3rd. I think the pollsters made an error in determining the demographic mix to survey. I worked in research for years, and know that mix is determined on the basis of the past. The abuses of power by Bush and the GOP have changed who the likely primary voters will be, so the old assumptions need to be discarded.

If the Hillary juggernaut falls apart after the South Carolina primary will she go down gracefully? I'm honestly asking the question here because with the attitude Hill and Bill have displayed up to Iowa I wonder. I'm waiting to see if SC congressman Jim Clyburn jumps ship. If he does before the SC primary its over for Clinton because that man hold big influence in this state.

Obama's "change" platform is paying off. America, especially the younger crowd, is tired of business as usual and Hillary represents just that, right or wrong, that is the perception. Obama is a breath of fresh air. He is young, vital and passionate. He will make a great president!

My own conclusion is that Clinton's record of having voted for the Iraq War and her vote on the Kyl-Lieberman resolution calling for the designation of an element of the Iranian military a 'terrorist organization' hurt her very deeply. It may well be that the Obama campaign's charge stuck to her, that Benazir Bhutto's death and instability in Pakistan came about because the US squandered its resources on an Iraq War, which Clinton initially voted for.

Cooper, the best match up would be Kucinich vs. Paul. That would be the best for the USA. But it can't happen, because Kucinich cannot get financing.

There's only one true anti-war candidate who's well financed. All anti-war Democrats should re-register Republican so they can vote for RON PAUL.

Clintonistas have feet of clay. Read these two examples:

1. Desperate Clinton: LBJ, not Martin Luther King, is real civil rights hero

2. Hillary Mailer Attacks Obama On Abortion

And they listen to the people with tin ears.

Ah, yes - the superdelegates. Last time I checked Hillary has the majority of those. I think there's a little over 300 or so of them.

Hussein, I can't think of anything more self-destructive - invoking LBJ as a hero? It even works against her on the war/peace issue! LBJ was the great Domino-Man! No one appears to be thinking in the Clinton camp

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell appeared Monday on PBS's season premier of "Tavis Smiley:

"This argument about him not being black enough, that's just absolute nonsense. He is putting himself forward not as a black man but as an American man who wants to be president of the United States of America. We should see Barack as a candidate for president who happens to be black, and not a black candidate for president."

Ron Paul is a racist. He would allow big corporations practice completely unrestrained predatory capitalism. He would undo the safety net for millions of poor much more than even Bush has done. Attempts to cast him as a progressive are fraudulent. Fortunately, he has no chance.

I won`t be voting. It only encourages them. Our political system is a bust that is getting worse all the time.

If voting changed any thing it would be made illegal.

Our society is run by special interest groups and globalism mostly runs them.

Only one thing will be delivered by the religious political dissemblers and that includes the names mentioned here.
The shaft to the American people.
This system is NOT reformable.

So, you guys and girls were too eager to throw the steel magnolia, Hillary clinton, under the bus!

You should remember that her enemies are your enemies. First among them are William Kristol (NYT) who was also premature yesterday:

Thank you, Senator Obama. You’ve defeated Senator Clinton in Iowa. It looks as if you’re about to beat her in New Hampshire. There will be no Clinton Restoration. A nation turns its grateful eyes to you.

You shall know your leaders by their enemies. Viva La Restoration

Yeah ok you can fall for all the fake divisions.
Hillary is a neocon as much as any of them.
An Obama is catering to religiously retarded belief system flunky's.

You really think there is a difference between Bush and Hillary?
Your dreaming.
Same coin. Same controls. Same special interest groups control both.
