There will be no leadership because we are a dead ended culture at this point.
We are no longer a creative society.
There are no leaders because they are squashed by the media which is controlled by special interest groups.
Special interest groups are only interested in one thing.... what ever benefits themselves and in this Political Price System what ever takes away from someone else.. in terms of money.
This system should have gone the way of the horse and buggy a long while ago.. how ever it may go the way of other antique systems mostly due to the fact that it does not work any more.
A science based system is the only alternative to the coming chaos.
A political system ensures our destruction.
A hopeful note.
Obama gave the easter address early this year. He talked about our troubled past and our current unwillingness to address the racism we still experience/express in a way that, if we are paying attention and are willing to take the risks of telling our truths, just might reunite the Nation. Amen
Amen ... my ass.
Obama is a religious flunky who is controlled by religious disinformation specialists... these are the types of people (Obama) that big corporate controllers employ to brainwash and keep our caste class system going.
Obama represents the tie in of religion and state and the status quo of special interest group control.
Hillary a longtime prayer meeting goer is the same.
You may as well 'call' the election and just put Bush back in for all the change from a McCain... Hillary or Obama ruler you would see.
The whole race issue thing is mostly bullshit.
A good social system would be based on equality.
Putting band aids on this system does not change the fact that we are living in a striated class system that has the very essence of unfairness built into it.
Unlike Skip, I am unusually hopeful this Easter. Far from being a "religious flunky," I think Barrack Obama is an original thinker, a man with a clear and unbiased view of the past and vision of a better and more hopeful future.
And Barrack Obama is a great communicator, a man who can lead us toward our better selves.
And I'm all the more hopeful because John McCain is a man of great honor and integrity. A man always willing to compromise for the better good.
Even as many of you might disagree completely with McCain's view of Iraq and the "war on terror," you must agree America has never offered two finer, more principled men for the office of President.
And it is a blessing to see the American political system working. The Bush era will end and a new era will begin. It is an Easter where we will see Vigilant's dream of "Leadership to Bring Us Together" come to pass.
Happy Easter to you all.
Yes, Happy Easter. Petro, when are you going to get your blog started?
Utah, Skip's perspectives can often be quite thought provoking. Wizard, I must disagree, but if you're hopeful, then I'm happy to know you're having a good easter.
